But what separates their food is their Chamorro foodyou can find all over the island. Stop in at any of the local restaurants and you will find chicken, pork, or beef on a stick with a side of their famous red rice. And Don’t forget all the fresh Seafood specials everyday.
The red rice is quite a technique with bringing together some pretty awesome ingredients. They turn some plain white rice into a savory great tasting red rice by adding goya ham seasoning, achiote powder, sazon goya with coriander and annatto, bacon grease, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Very unique tasting rice with a lot of flavor.
